- An undersized beam or header. Structural changes need engineering. We coordinate the engineer and pull the permit before cutting anything.
- Walls out of plumb or square. Every trade after framing fights the error. We check plumb and square as we build.
- Mechanical in the way. Ducts, drains and wiring often sit where walls want to go. We plan around them before framing.
- Inspection timing. Framing must be inspected before it is closed in. We book that into the schedule.
