What can go wrong with flooring — and how we prevent it
- A bad subfloor. Squeaks, dips and gaps trace back to what is underneath. We check flatness and fix it first.
- Moisture in the slab. Basement floors can fail from moisture. We test and choose materials that tolerate Hamilton basements.
